Criminal justice attorney John Landreth is proud to be a lifelong Charlottean, graduating from Charlotte Christian School in 2000. John zealously represents the citizens of Charlotte and both Carolinas who are facing misdemeanor and felony criminal charges, Driving While Impaired (DWI), Driving Under the Influence (DUI) and traffic infractions.

After practicing throughout North Carolina, Mr. Landreth became a member of the South Carolina Bar in 2014. “The states may be neighbors but their laws and processes could not be more different. I enjoy crossing the border and implementing the trial skills I learned in North Carolina to a new set of laws and system of justice.”

Mr. Landreth has quickly earned a reputation as a fearless and zealous advocate in the courtroom, earning the distinctions of Top 40 Under 40 and Top 100 Trial attorneys in recent years. “It is truly an honor to be recognized for your work and how much you pour into the preparation of a trial. When I am in trial I am not only advocating for my client but for all the citizens of that state.”

While Mr. Landreth has other hobbies such as boating, fishing, and outdoor activities, he states, “Practicing law is my real passion. I couldn’t see myself doing anything else in life and being this fulfilled at the end of every day.”
